PRICES
For current pricing contact us and tell us about your business. Your location, markets, size of your company, etc., and the products you are interested in, we will happily respond with a quotation. Please understand this policy is to protect our present customers. Where there are price indications this is based on current market and currency situations and is subject to change. We can quote you ex-factory or FOB Surabaya once we know your packing and shipping requirements. We assure you that our prices are extremely competitive.
SAMPLES POLICY
We can supply samples free of charge for small items, but you must pay for the courier charges. This is normally done by sending us your UPS, FEDEX, or DHL account number. Larger items such as the buddha carvings we supply at the normal cost or can be viewed in Bali.
ORDERING INFORMATION
All items are made to order, we do not normally maintain stock. Payment in US dollars will be made via Telegraphic Transfer to our bank in Bali, Indonesia. To place an order contact us and we will send you our details
TERMS
We start new orders upon receipt of a 50% deposit. Balance is due before goods are shipped. Note shipping is not normally included in our quotation unless specifically requested. Contact us for more details.
PRODUCTION TIME
Most orders are produced and shipped within 3-8 weeks of receiving your deposit, depending upon the items ordered. We will provide a production quote upon ordering.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
We can arrange shipment by air or sea according to your needs and shipment size. We can provide an accurate quotation once we know what you will be ordering and to where you will ship. You must consult with your customs broker or import agent in your own country for information about any fees that may apply once the items arrive in your port. All shipping quotes include cost of freight, plus all documents and related shipping charges. All shipping must be paid before goods are dispatched.
PACKING INFORMATION
We can pack your goods to your specification or provide them loose packed if you would like to arrange your own shipping.
MINIMUM ORDER
We like to be flexible in fufilling our customer needs, but normally require a minimum order of US $ 1,500.
